I noticed a brown spot on my ceiling after a storm. I called on a Monday morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment for 2 o'clock that day for a free inspection/estimate. Alvaro was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained the issue and was able to schedule the repair for just 2 days later. On the day of repair, Alvaro called in the morning and confirmed my appointment time for 4 o'clock. Once again he arrived right on time and handled the repair within an hour. He showed me before and after pictures of the affected area and provided me with peace of mind. This was top tier customer service! Alvaro was prompt and expedient when I called to receive a quote for a roof inspection. When he arrived I explained what I had wanted looked at to assess repairs on shingles and installation of kickout flashings. He took photos of every location he recommend for repair and provided a link to view all of his recommendations. Their quotes were very reasonable and was able to get me on their schedule fairly quick. I highly recommend Oak Tree Roofing for any of your roofing needs. I recently had my roof replaced by Oak Tree Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call after I submitted an inquiry, to the estimate, installation, and follow-up, I worked directly with one person the entire time: Alvaro Rivera, the owner. That level of personal service is hard to find these days. Alvaro was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that he didn't just sell the job and disappear. On installation day, he was right there with his crew, tool belt on, working alongside them and making sure everything was done correctly. The communication was outstanding. Alvaro used a drone to capture before-and-after photos of the roof, which was a great way to see the finished product. He also maintained a Google Drive folder where he uploaded photos throughout the installation process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Before choosing Oak Tree Roofing, I received another quote from a larger company. I dealt with an office representative, then an estimator, then another office call, and then a salesperson. With Oak Tree Roofing, I appreciated having one point of contact from start to finish. It made the entire process simple and stress-free. During the roof replacement, they discovered some water-damaged roof sheathing that I didn't even know existed. They brought it to my attention and fixed it properly rather than covering it up and moving on. That honesty and attention to detail meant a lot. I've only had the roof for about a week, but it looks fantastic. The price was fair, and they were even able to provide a reasonable quote for new gutters and install them the very next day. Very professional and confirmed with me in advance about any details that came up during the consultation and finally repair.
